I have a desire, if I’m completely frank it is actually a compulsive drive, to help people grow. For most of us we know, in our hearts and our heads, that we have the potential to go beyond our current situation. We want more out of our life or more out of our business, or both – we want to go beyond where we are today. Although we are smart, creative and resourceful, it can be a struggle to clarify our vision and develop the steps to achieve it. I derive joy, yes, joy, by partnering with my clients and helping them to identify their vision, hone their strengths and achieve their next level of success.
